Non Tactile Membrane Switch

The non tactile membrane switch has:

A.  A graphic overlay, normally polyester, (Typical Thickness: 0.2mm).

B.  The upper circuit, either printed onto the graphic overlay, (not shown) or onto another polyester layer which is then bonded to the graphic overlay, (Typical Thickness: 0.2mm).

C.  The spacer, to allow selective making of the circuit, (Typical Thickness: 0.3mm).

D.  The lower circuit, (Typical Thickness: 0.2mm).

E.   Adhesive layer to fix the label onto the product, (Typical Thickness: 0.1mm).

This then gives a typical thickness of  between 0.8 and 1.2mm for a fully finished keypad.
