1. I am only producing a small quantity of my product, is this a problem?
1. No. Whilst we do like to supply a minimum of 100 pieces, we will consider lower quantities. If you are having problems sourcing a custom enclosure for your product in low quantities, then we can help.

4. I want to put on a hidden button so that our service engineers can access the electronics, can I do it?4. This can be achieved by using a flat non tactile switch, placed in an area that is not normally touched, or any legend points to its existence. Software in your unit can then ensure that accidental pressing of the key is eliminated by using a predetermined pattern of switching to gain access. See non tactile keypads for more information.

8. How can I minimise the cost of my keypad?
8. Many factors influence the cost. We will work with you to achieve the most cost effective solution for your needs. However, a few of the areas to bear in mind are number of colours, number of keys, and of course run length. Much of the cost is setting up to ensure that all the printing and layers are aligned.

9. Do I need to do any artwork so you can produce my keypad?
9. No, we can do this for you, and arrive at a design that you like. However you may have in-house people who you want to use. If you do then we need output in either Corel Draw, or Autocad file format.
